Today marks two years and two months since Oswaldo Payá Sardiñas, and Harold Cepero Escalante were killed in Cuba under suspicious circumstances. Last week on September 15, 2014 the case of Oswaldo and Harold was again raised along with the need for an investigation. Below is the statement that was delivered, despite the efforts of the Cuban government delegation.
